Dr. Michael Xiaohui Fan received his M.D. from the Capital University of Medicine in Beijing, China and his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Missouri. His residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation was completed at the Case Western Reserve University-MetroHealth Medical Center in 2001, after which he served as a Staff Physician in the Spine Center at the world renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation. From 2003 to 2008, Dr. Fan was appointed as medical director for the General Rehabilitation Program at SSM Health Center. In 2010, he established Select Pain and Spine center to focus solely on spine care and pain management. His medical expertise has been an integral part of a multidisciplinary spine and pain management team that also include chiropractic treatment, physical therapy and neurosurgery. Together, they have been providing comprehensive spine care with goal of achieving optimal patient outcome in Farmington and Ste Genevieve, MO area. In total, Dr. Fan has performed more than 10,000 spinal procedures since 2010.

Lacey Sullivan is a nurse practitioner providing excellent patient care in her specialty of pain management.
She received her ADN degree from Mineral Area College and then continued her education at Central Methodist University to obtain her BSN degree.
She finished her education at The University of Missouri St. Louis with a Masters degree in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Her nursing experience includes med/surg nursing, hospice care and pain management. Lacey has been practicing alongside Dr. Fan and Dr. Zhu since 2015.
Dr Zhu is double board certified in Pain Medicine and in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He received MD and Ph.D. from Tongji Medical University in Wuhan China in 2002. He completed his internship at Allegheny General Hospital/West Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. His residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation and fellowship in pain medicine were completed at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas , Texas in 2013
Before joining Midwest Orthopedic Pain and Spine, Dr. Zhu practiced pain management and rehabilitation in Southern Illinois, Cape Girardeau, MO and St Louis ,MO from since 2013 to present.
Dr. Zhu adds another dimension to the Midwest Orthopedic Pain and Spine practice. His knowledge and expertise in pain management and spine care enable us to serve the needs of our current and prospective patient base. In addition to his routine injections, he also has expertise in the spinal cord stimulator, vertebrate augmentation for spine fractures, discography and radiofrequency ablation for complicated spine conditions.
Dr. James Moore is a highly skilled and experienced family practice physician based in Farmington, Missouri. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri and completed his residency training in family medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Dr. Moore has been practicing medicine for over 20 years and has a strong reputation in the community for providing compassionate and personalized care to his patients. He believes in treating the whole person, not just their symptoms, and takes the time to listen to his patients' concerns and address their unique needs. He is also highly skilled in preventative medicine, helping his patients maintain optimal health and avoid future health problems.

He also currently serves as Medical Director of a local hospice and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and American Academy of Family Physicians.

Rebecca Buchanan is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner based in Farmington, MO. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri and went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Saint Louis University. With over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field, Rebecca has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in providing high-quality care to her patients.
Rebecca is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is licensed to practice in the state of Missouri. She is dedicated to providing personalized and compassionate care to each of her patients and takes the time to understand their unique needs and concerns. Rebecca specializes in family medicine and has a particular interest in women's health and preventative care.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and staying active. She is passionate about giving back to her community and volunteers regularly at local health clinics.

Stephen W. J. Orr, D.C. is a Chiropractic Physician and provider at Midwest Orthopedic Center. Dr. Orr received a Bachelor of Science Human Kinetics degree in Windsor Ontario, Canada. He completed his Chiropractic training in December of 1993 in St. Louis, MO. After two years of private practice in Philadelphia, PA, he returned to Missouri and settled in Farmington in 1995. Currently, Dr. Orr is a member of the Board of Chiropractic Examiners and is active in various state and national associations. His practice specializes in the rehabilitation of acute and chronic spinal conditions. He is a member of the American Academy of Pain Management and is trained in Manipulation Under Anesthesia. Dr. Orr, his wife Mendy and two children reside in Farmington.

Mark M. Medley, D.C. is a Chiropractic Physician and provider at Midwest Orthopedic Center. Dr. Medley was born in Farmington. He attended St. Joseph grade school and Farmington High School. He was a member of the Dyersburg State College baseball team in Dyersburg, TN for two years before completing his undergraduate studies at Logan University in St. Louis. After graduating from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2001, he moved back to Farmington where he has been practicing for over 10 years. Dr. Medley was the consulting Chiropractic Physician for Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center from 2001 to 2006. He is an Examiner on the National Board of Chiropractic and is active in various associations and charities including local high school sports teams as well as Mineral Area College athletics. His practice utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to acute and chronic spinal conditions.

Steven Zilke PT DC is a Physical Therapist, Chiropractor and Acupuncturist. He graduated from the Physical Therapy program at St. Louis University in 1989 and after a short while working in a hospital as Physical therapist he decided to specialize in spinal care. That led him Logan College of Chiropractic where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1995. This is also where he became friends with Dr. Orr. In 2010 he completed his Acupuncture training and began incorporating the millennial old art into patient care. At Midwest Pain and Spine Dr. Zilke is responsible for the Rehab department ensuring that our valued patients strengthen their bodies as their pain subsides.
